Experienced Board Professional with many years of experience in executive leadership, strategy, business development and transformation.

I bring a strategic and commercial perspective to the boardroom, grounded in first-hand experience of the realities where decisions need to be translated into results.

Through my executive roles, including as CEO, and my board experience, I have worked with strategic development, growth, commercial development, transformation and leadership across both national and international companies.

My experience includes companies such as Salling Group, JYSK, NORLYS and GLS, and has been complemented by ongoing education in strategy, leadership, digital transformation and sustainable development.
