I believe that curiosity is an important ingredient in growth

I believe that curiosity is an important ingredient in growth, especially in a world of constant evolution and many other factors.

We must approach the task with an open mind and let curiosity open doors to new opportunities.

We can achieve this, among other things, by:
– Explore
– Ask questions
– Challenge assumptions
– Learning along the way

One of my favorite questions when working on growth strategies and commercial assignments is:

“Where will the growth come from?“

There are always many exciting proposals and good ideas for growth, but when we dive deeper, it is clear that becoming completely concrete is a complex and comprehensive task.

Are we looking for organic growth, acquisitions, sales development, product development, market development, or something else entirely?

We often think ahead of the market and consider trends such as sustainability, AI/technology, and more industry-specific trends.

This in itself opens up many exciting avenues for growth.

But to succeed, we must also consider an extra dimension—namely, our core business and core competencies.

Where are your strengths, and how can you further differentiate yourself to create increased sustainable growth and value?
