  3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE COLLECT, FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND THE LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

When you visit the website, we collect information about your use of the website, e.g. the type of browser you use, the search terms you use, your IP address, including your network location, and information about the device you use to visit the website. The information is collected, among other things, through the use of cookies, when you consent to it via our cookie banner.

            1. to compile statistics so that we can analyse how our customers use and move around on our website, so that we can optimise the user experience and the website’s functioning;,

        4. When you have actively signed up for our newsletter, Your information is automatically sent to Mailchimp from where our newsletter is sent. Your provided information (name and e-mail address) is stored solely for the purpose of sending out newsletters.     1. LEGITIMATE INTERESTS PURSUED BY THE PROCESSING
      As mentioned above, our processing of your personal data is partly based on the balancing of interests rule in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation. We have weighed up our legitimate interests in conducting marketing, improving the website, security and preventing fraud and your interests to ensure that your interests or fundamental rights or freedoms do not outweigh our interests.     4. DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA
      1. Information collected about your use of the Website, cf. section 3.1, is deleted when the cookie expires. See under our cookie declaration here.

Information collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter, cf. section 3.3., will be deleted when your consent to the newsletter is withdrawn, unless we have another basis for processing the information. However, we may store documentation of your consent for 2 years after we last sent you electronic marketing.
    5. SECURITY
      1. We have implemented appropriate technical and organisational security measures to prevent personal data from being accidentally or unlawfully destroyed, lost, altered or impaired, as well as against it coming to the knowledge of unauthorised persons or being misused.
