Registration and payment for this event is done via BittenBrun & Co/ www.bittenbrun.com
Registration is only valid upon receipt of payment within the specified payment deadline
Price and payment
The price for the event is stated in DKK.
Payment must be made no later than 8 days net – stated in the invoice.
Registration is only valid when payment has been received, and is not paid on time or by further agreement, registration cannot be completed.
If no payment has been made, there is no access to the event.
Changes from BittenBrun & Co.
After registering for the network, unfortunately situations may occur that could not be predicted in advance and make it necessary to cancel the network meeting.
If a network meeting is cancelled, the amount will be credited and refunded.
However, the right to the following changes is reserved:
- Change of venue if the number of participants so requires, but still at a central location in Aarhus.
- Add other people than first stated if there are cancellations and/or it can contribute positively to the topic of the meeting.
- Change of time slot for the event by up to 2 hours.
- Changing the date of the network meeting if this is cancelled.
- Change in the content of the network meeting, but still with the same main topic.
Any changes will be communicated by email as early as possible, and based on these changes, it is not possible to cancel your participation.
After payment and thus final registration, it is not possible to cancel or change the registration

The following information is required when registering:
- First name and surname, company name and CVR number, if any,
- Mobile.
And it is stated that it is voluntary to provide the following information:
- Thank you, I would like to sign up for newsletters and receive invitations to upcoming events.
This information is only used in connection with registration and communication regarding the registered network meeting and is used, at a later date, to be able to find registration if any changes occur.
Payment information is stored until the end of a calendar year plus 5 years in accordance with applicable law.
You can at any time request access to the use of your personal information in accordance with applicable law
