Technology, humans, development

I find it extremely fascinating how technological development has accelerated over many years and continues to evolve rapidly.

Now, with a tremendous focus on AI, countless new opportunities are emerging – along with many new things to consider.

Alongside the fascination and the realization of how much I can actually learn about AI, there is also a slight concern about whether we as humans can keep up with this development.

For my part, it’s great to have new technology and new solutions brought by the wave of digitalization, as it offers immense possibilities – especially with a focus on sustainable development.

But when all is said and done, the core of all growth and value creation is people of flesh and blood, like you and me. We don’t need to be powered up to perform, only the many tools that can help us in our daily lives.

So, welcome to artificial intelligence and more data, provided we can create a healthy balance.

The transformation to a digital age requires not just that we embrace technology, but also that we adapt to it.

We must learn to use technology to our advantage without losing the human aspect, as it is incredibly important for our creativity, innovation, and competitiveness.

We must build the company of the future with technology and, even more importantly, with good people and lots of creativity.

This transformation means that we need to be open to changing our processes, learning new skills, and adapting to shifting demands.

At the same time, we must remember to appreciate and invest in the human resources that are the foundation of all growth and value creation.
